Terms of service
What we provide
Digital Marketing Inspector LLC provides digital marketing and web services in five areas:
- Search engine optimisation and local search, including Google Business Profile work.
- AI visibility, also called generative engine optimisation.
- Paid advertising management, covering search and social platforms.
- Web design and development, including custom development, API integrations, and the hosting and maintenance of sites we build.
- Marketing audits, provided at no charge and with no obligation.
Anything outside these areas is not part of our service. In particular we do not provide legal, regulatory or compliance advice, we do not set your prices or advise on contracts with third-party platforms, and we do not run email or SMS marketing.
What you own
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is stated plainly.
- Your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, advertising accounts and Google Business Profile are held in your name. We are added as users.
- The website we build for you, its code, its content and your domain are yours.
- Your customer data, advertising audiences and account history are yours.
- When an engagement ends we remove our own access and leave everything in place. Nothing is withheld, transferred to us, or used as leverage in a negotiation.
Engagements, renewal and ending them
- Term: engagements run month to month. There is no annual commitment and no minimum term.
- Renewal: they renew automatically each month until ended.
- Ending an engagement: either side may end it with 30 days' written notice. We continue the work and you continue to pay during that period.
- Termination by us: we may end an engagement for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Fees and payment
- Quoting: every engagement is quoted individually. You receive a written proposal before any work begins.
- Advertising management: billed as a percentage of monthly advertising spend. The spend itself is paid by you, directly to Google, Meta and the other platforms, from your own accounts.
- Invoices: issued electronically, payable on receipt by credit card.
- Late payment: a 20% late fee applies to payments not received within seven days.
- Refunds: all payments are non-refundable.
No guarantee of specific results
We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, enquiries or revenue, and we would be wary of anyone who does. No agency controls how search engines or AI systems rank or cite content, and Google itself warns against guaranteed-ranking offers. What we commit to is a documented plan, transparent execution, and honest reporting against goals agreed with you.
Confidentiality
What we see inside your accounts stays between us. Findings from a marketing audit belong to the business that requested it, and we do not discuss them with a current or former agency.
Privacy policy
